Our Radiologists

Frederic E. Vanbastelaer, M.D.
Dr. Vanbastelaer earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana, and completed his residency at Indiana University Hospitals, Indianapolis, Indiana. He is board certified in Radiology. Dr. Vanbastelaer is a member of the American College of Radiology, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, American Society of Head and Neck Radiology, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, Society of Breast Imaging, Society of Computed Body Tomography and Magnetic Resonance, and the Society of Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Vanbastelaer joined Richmond Radiologists, Inc. in 1993.

Beth E. Ingram, M.D.
Dr. Ingram earned her medical degree in 1990. She completed her residency and her fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Indiana University School of Medicine at Indianapolis in 1995. She is board certified in Radiology and holds an added certificate of qualification in Interventional Radiology. Dr. Ingram is a member of the American Medical Association, the Indiana State Medical Society, the Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology, the American College of Radiology and the Radiological Society of North America.  She serves as the Vice Chief of the Radiology Section at Reid Hospital and Healthcare Services Richmond, Indiana and has been a member of the Reid Hospital Governing Board since 2002. Roy M. Teng, D.O.
Dr. Teng earned his medical degree at University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, MO, and completed his residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH.  Doctor Teng went on to complete a Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.  He is board certified in Radiology. Dr. Teng is a member of the American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic College of Radiology, and the Society of Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology.  He is a Board member and Board examiner of the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
